Current Animals

These are the animals currently in our care. The tags below their pictures will tell you their current ‘status’.

In treatment – guests currently receiving extra care such as medication or hand feeding.
In Recovery – guests who have been poorly but are now recovering.
Under Assessment – pets we are getting to know or wildlife we are assessing for release.
Pre-Release – wild guests who are preparing to go back to the wild.
Reserved – pets who are reserved for their new home.
Adoptable – pets who are ready to start their new lives. Could you be their new family?
Permanent Resident – wildlife unable to be released or pets we have decided should stay here due to health or behavioural issues.

Success Stories

Georgie came to us when the child she was bought for lost interest. She has since found a fabulous new home.

George and Lou had had multiple homes and were scared and nervous. After being neutered they found an amazing home keeping a female rat company where they enjoy watching TV on the sofa.

These boys were rescued from a hoarder where they were allowed to get in terrible condition. Sadly Carl passed from a respiratory infection but Hershel, Dwight and Tyreese found a lovely new home after various surgeries to make them well again.

Chips came to us when his cage mate passed away. He was already neutered so we found him a lovely new home where he was new girlfriends to cuddle.

We work so hard for all our animals but sometimes it’s just not enough. Every loss hurts so we keep their pages up on the website as a tribute to them.
