Frank and Graham

Name/s: Frank and Graham
Species: Rats
Sex: Male
Neutered: No
Date of Birth: Estimated August 2015
History Frank and Graham were adopted from a pet shop when they were 6 months old so it’s likely they have had more than one home before coming to us. We took them in when their owner was moving and could no longer keep them.
Temperament We are still assessing them but so far they seem very laid back boys. They are a little nervous of being picked up but enjoy a fuss. Frank gives lovely lick washes in return for a fuss and Graham has a good brux and boggle.
Health The boys weren’t in the best of condition of arrival. They had quite a heavy lice infestation which had caused some fur loss in Graham in particular. Graham is blind in one eye which affects his climbing and coordination somewhat. Both boys are rather overweight and don’t have much muscle tone. They are undergoing treatment for the lice and we’ll be building up their exercise slowly to get them fitter.
Ideal home Frank and Graham have a little way to go before they are ready for a new home so we’ll assess this once they’re in better shape.
